Oh Canada
Leonard Fife, a legendary documentary filmmaker, fled to Canada in the 1960’s, supposedly to avoid the military draft.
He resides in a well-appointed Montreal home with Emma, his wife and longtime producing partner. At 78 years old and ill with cancer, he’s consumed by the urgency to tell his life story, and all the lies and deceit that comprise it. He invites Malcolm, his former student, and a film crew to interview him allegedly about his career.
Leonard has different intentions, though.
